GEORGETOWN, DE – A huge weekend of racing in Delaware

The Sussex

by the wingless Rapid Tire USAC East Coast Sprint Cars featured in qualifying
heat races and a 25-lap feature. The USAC contingent visited Georgetown on July
24 this season with Modified ace Ryan Watt driving Tim Hogues No. 39 to the
victory over Christopher Allen, Steve Drevicki, Billy Van Inwegen and Kyle
Spence.

L&J Sheet
Metal Modifieds are back in a $3,000-to-win, 25-lap main as the Georgetown
Sunoco Race Fuels championship battle continues. Joseph ‘Jo Jo Watson thrilled
the Delaware crowd with a victory in the most recent Modified event Sept.
11.  Billy Pauch Jr. leads the track
standings with two events (Oct. 2 and Oct. 31) remaining.

For the first
time since the Aug. 25 ‘Blast at the Beach the Chesapeake Paving/J.W. Brown
Trucking Crate 602 Sportsman return with $1,000 going to the winner of the
20-lap main. Joe Toth is currently atop the Crate 602 Sportsman points. Like

points-paying shows on the schedule: Oct. 2 and Oct. 31.

Completing
the program are the Southern Delaware Vintage Stock Cars (12 laps), Little
Lincolns (12 laps), Delaware Super Trucks (12 laps) and Delmarva Chargers (12
laps).
